This body of work is a self-initiated response to Paul Cabut’s 1990s series End of the Row.
Where Cabut focused specifically on the windowless gable ends of terraced housing to symbolise industrial stagnation, my photography expands that narrative.
Moving beyond the "end" of the row, I have documented the wider physical and cultural transformation of the landscape. Featuring work from the Valleys Street Art Project, the Maindee Colour Festival, and various community-led initiatives, these images capture a vibrant, living environment that has moved past the grey finality of the 90s.
